Mäng

The concept

Mäng is my authored version of an ancient Buddhist transformative game, reworked to be a powerful tool of change, devoid of any mystical or esoteric elements.

Where ancient wisdom meets modern knowledge, magic begins

Our mind resembles a complex computer system. Inside us, many programs run quietly, most of which were installed during our childhood and by external influences throughout our life. Some of these mental scripts, like hidden malware, work without our awareness, making us act against our rational intentions.

However, just like a skilled programmer can change code, we can reprogram our mental software. Mäng helps you safely access deeper parts of your mind to remove outdated scripts and install new, empowering ones that align with your conscious desires.

The course

Philosophical syncretism, inner alchemy, and game spirit

The distance between who you are and who you want to be is that of your mind, or that of one full circle of Mäng, which equals one full reprogramming. It is the Magnum Opus that unfolds in four distinct stages:

Discovery

Identify old, unhelpful thought patterns.

Uninstallation

Remove these outdated constructs.

Design

Craft new mental programs to replace the obsolete ones.

Integration

Embed these new ideas deeply in the subconscious.

Quality Change always implies all the 4 stages of Mäng and always originates in the depth.

Coaching gives a fast energy boost, but does not dig deep. Psychotherapy ensures profound changes, but often takes years. Mäng combines both: the depth of psychology and the speed of coaching.

The Master of Mäng acts as a wise guide, helping you understand patterns, see the unseen, explore alternatives, and support your transformation. Unlike psychology sessions, the Master of Mäng provides essential knowledge and advice without exerting direct influence over your actions or the trajectory of your personal evolution. You make all changes yourself, maintaining your desired level of privacy.

Mäng can be played both offline and online.

The duration of one game session is 4 hours.
On average, people need from 2 to 8 hours to get an answer to their question.

One game replaces 8-25 coaching sessions.
